Super Seal is a water-based siloxane repellent for sealing of brick, block, concrete, stucco, pavers, and other masonry surfaces. Combats freeze and thaw cycles, restricts moisture, limits dirt accumulation, and retards organic growth. Super Seal is resistant to salt, and de-icing chemicals, and will reduce efflorescence.
Super Seal is a single step, ready to use product for easy application. Dries flat and clear for minimal visibility. Lasts years depending on foot traffic and environmental factors.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Thoroughly clean surface before application. Surface needs to be dry for best penetration. Protect glass from over spray during application. Ideal temperature range for application is 40 - 90 degrees F.
ALWAYS DO A TEST AREA BEFORE COMMITTING TO A LARGE APPLICATION.
We recommend applying via a high volume, low pressure sprayer device. A good quality pump up sprayer works just fine. Use a fan application tip, and avoid atomization of product. May also be applied with a roller or a brush. Store in a cool dry place and be sure to seal container when not in use.
If you goof up the application, Super Seal can Usually be removed with Efflo-Go, our acidic based efflorescence chemical.
