A quick shop update
It’s been a minute since the last video because we’ve been buried—in a good way—building equipment. The PolyPro family has been a hit since rolling it out earlier this year, and we’ve moved a lot of units as word has spread. On the floor right now: one of almost everything, a row of Poly50s under the mezzanine, a fresh Tote Goat, our new PolyMax mid-build, and a ready-to-roll Trailer Pod. Next week’s slate: another Tote Goat, another Poly50, and a Trailer Pod.
Why PolyPro™?
Corrosion resistance, smart weight, and modularity. Every unit is designed from the ground up to be serviceable and upgradable—panels, bars, and accessories can be removed or added as your business evolves. The new bolt-on ladder rack is interchangeable across models, and if you pick it up later, we can ship it for DIY mounting.
Model by model
1) Tote Goat — The IBC-Tote Workhorse
Best for: Full-size trucks (F-250 class) that need serious onboard water and simple, stout performance.
-
Core idea: Built around an IBC tote for your water source.
-
Softwash: “Sweet 16” softwash pump with a blend manifold and Batch Buster valves.
-
Integrated tanks: Soap and bleach tanks live up against the truck cab—easy to access even when installed.
-
Pressure washer: 5.5 GPM unit mounted forward.
-
Reels: Pressure and softwash reels on the right-hand side.
-
Options: Add Smart Stream; modular locking bar; removable and rearrangeable components; can support an 8 GPM pressure washer if you want more punch.
-
Ladder rack: Our new bolt-on rack (interchangeable with PolyMax) is now available.
Why owners love it: Enormous onboard water via the tote, clean service access, and truly modular components. It’s built to be changed as your business grows.
2) PolyPro 50 — The Compact Money-Maker
Best for: Small to midsize trucks and first-rig buyers who want a proven, compact layout.
-
Footprint: Optimized for smaller beds—we’ve installed these on a GMC Canyon and a Tundra 5.5' bed with great results.
-
Pressure washer: 5.5 GPM belt-drive.
-
Softwash: Super 8 system with blend manifold.
-
Capacity: 50 gal bleach / 50 gal water + integrated soap tank—plenty of standoff water for residential routes.
-
Layout: “Cab-side” controls for easy cranking and servicing; reels for pressure and softwash.
-
Options: Smart Stream and other add-ons.
Why owners love it: It fits the trucks people already own, punches way above its size, and is dead simple to operate and maintain.
3) PolyMax — The New Flagship (Replacing Alumax)
Best for: Operators ready to scale capacity, speed, and versatility.
-
Capacity: 100 gal water / 100 gal bleach + integrated soap tank.
-
Expandability: Configure for an 8 GPM pressure washer, a 16-series softwash pump, or even two softwash systems.
-
Ladder rack: Ships with or without our bolt-on rack; add it at purchase or later.
-
Status: The unit on the floor is about 70–80% complete (mounting pumps, batteries, etc. is next).
Why owners love it: It’s the big brother to the Poly50—more capacity, more configuration headroom, and flagship durability without giving up serviceability.
4) Trailer Pod — Drop-In, Bolt-Down, Go
Best for: Owners who already have a trailer and want a turnkey, modular install without paying for a brand-new trailer build.
-
Footprint: Designed to drop onto 4×8 ft floor dimensions (we recommend 5×10 for extra working room).
-
Capacity: 200 gal water / 100 gal bleach + dedicated soap tank.
-
Power & plumbing: Battery bank mounted centrally; clean, labeled plumbing; yes, wires and hoses have to go somewhere—but everything stays serviceable.
-
Pumps & reels: One pressure washer mounted with real estate to add a second later; 12" pressure reel plus 18" reels for softwash (e.g., Super 8).
-
Blend manifolds: Each manifold is aligned with the pump it serves—technician-friendly and easy to understand.
-
Mounting: Integrated bolt-down points ring the unit—drop, align, bolt with big washers, and you’re set.
-
Flexibility: Drain the tanks, lift it off, free your trailer for another task, or move the Pod to a different platform.
Why owners love it: It’s the easiest, most cost-effective way to upgrade an existing trailer into a pro-grade softwash/pressure wash rig.
