Southeast Softwash LLC – Black Friday Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Southeast Softwash LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
How to Enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway:
a. Automatic Entry with Purchase:
During the promotional period, all orders placed through https://southeastwash.comtotaling $600 or more (before tax and shipping) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.
b. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, clearly hand-print your full name, email address, and telephone number on a 3” x 5” index card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 2, 2025, and received by December 5, 2025 to be eligible. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person, household, or email address, regardless of entry method.
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Giveaway Period:
The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on November 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 5, 2025.
Prize Drawing:
A random drawing will be held on December 10, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner by Southeast Softwash LLC or its designated representative.
Prize Details:
The prize consists of one (1) King Ranch Ford F-250 truck.
Approximate retail value: $30,000
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Southeast Softwash LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing date. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Southeast Softwash LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Southeast Softwash LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
Southeast Softwash LLC and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
Technical or electronic malfunctions;
Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Southeast Softwash LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
