Every Super Pump is tested and filmed running before it leaves our shop. We have proof your pump worked properly when it shipped.If a manufacturer defect shows up within 90 days of purchase, we’ll repair or replace the pump, fast.

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear Misuse, neglect, or freezing.

Chemical or corrosion damage

Modifications or unauthorized repairs Damage from improper installation or operation

How It Works:Login to your Southeast Softwash account, with your order number, serial number, and description of the issue.

Send us your video showing the issue. We’ll review it along with our inspection footage. If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, you mail the superpump to us at your cost. We’ll repair or replace the pump and cover return shipping.
