Enclosed Pressure Washing Trailer With AC unit!

Enclosed Pressure Washing Trailer With AC unit!

When it comes to professional softwash rigs, there are builds—and then there are builds. What we’re showcasing today is nothing short of a beastly enclosed softwash trailer that’s not only functional but also comfortable, efficient, and polished from top to bottom.

This rig is built for the serious pro who’s in the field day in and day out, battling the heat, hauling chemicals, and running top-tier equipment. So what makes this trailer stand out from the pack?

Let’s break it all down.

Cool, Clean, and Comfortable: A Softwash Trailer with A/C

Right off the bat, the most striking feature here is the air conditioning. Yes, you heard that right. This enclosed softwash trailer is air-conditioned, giving the operator a place to step out of the heat and into the cool during long summer workdays.

It’s plugged into shore power in the video, but this could easily be hooked up to a generator or battery system if desired.

✅ Why It Matters:

  • Prevents overheating during high-temp jobs

  • Keeps chemicals and electronics in a more temperature-stable environment

  • Adds a layer of comfort that’s practically unheard of in standard softwash trailers

Durable from the Ground Up: Epoxy-Coated Floors

Moving to the floor, you’ll notice a professional-grade epoxy coating. This makes the interior:

  • Easy to clean

  • Chemical-resistant

  • Durable for years of rugged use

No more worrying about bleach stains, puddles, or general grime buildup. Just spray it down and move on.

Smart Layout & Massive Capacity

This trailer was built around functionality and efficiency, with every piece of equipment placed with purpose. Here's what you’ll find:

🔹 Tank Setup:

  • One bleach tank

  • One main water tank

  • Two additional water tanks (Siamese under the trailer)
    – That gives you a whopping 300 gallons of total water capacity

  • Wall-mounted surfactant tank – off the floor, clean, and secure

  • Specialty chemical storage located strategically for quick access

The wheel well humps dictated some of the layout, but that actually worked in favor of smart tank placement and chemical storage opportunities.

Smart Blend & Smart Stream: Total Chemical Control

This build features dual Smart Blend controls—one for each pump system—and two Smart Stream remote metering systems. That gives the user full control of chemical ratios on the fly and the ability to adjust soap and SH from the gun without walking back to the trailer.

Power switches and circuit breakers are neatly organized on an aluminum shelf mount, adding another layer of clean execution and pro-level safety.

Powerhouse Pump Setup: Sweet 16 + Super Eight

Here’s where the horsepower comes in. This trailer is running:

  • Sweet 16 (16 GPM)

  • Super Eight (8 GPM)

That’s two high-flow softwash pumps, both operated through Smart Blend, making this setup ready for residential, commercial, and even light industrial work.

Each pump has its own dedicated fuel cell tucked neatly under the rig with whip lines run under the flooring—everything’s tucked, clean, and protected.

Electric Hose Reels & Reel Stack Design

Every serious softwash contractor knows that hose management makes or breaks a job. This trailer includes:

  • Fully electric hose reels

  • Pressure hose reel at the base

  • Dedicated reels for each pump system

  • Feed reel mounted on the side

Due to the height limits of reel stacks, the feed reel was moved to the side, but it still pulls clean and straight out the back. All hose routing is intuitive, clean, and field-efficient.

Nose Cabinet & Electrical Breaker Box

Up front, the trailer features a custom-cut metal-topped nose cabinet with ample storage for tools, PPE, fittings, and chemicals. It’s one of the best-looking and most functional add-ons for these enclosed trailers.

To tie it all together, there’s a full breaker box to manage power distribution inside the trailer—making this setup not just mobile but self-contained and safe.

Final Touches and Completion

At the time of the video, the only task left was mounting the final Super Pump (presumably the Sweet 16). After that, this beast is ready to ship. Every detail—down to the wand holders and pre-installed LED interior lighting—has been carefully thought out and installed.

Key Specs Recap:

  • Air-conditioned enclosed trailer

  • Epoxy floor coating

  • 300-gallon water capacity

  • Sweet 16 + Super Eight pumps

  • Smart Blend + Smart Stream tech

  • Dual electric hose reel stack

  • Wall-mounted tanks & wand holders

  • Breaker box, nose cabinet, and clean layout

This Is How a Pro Rigs Up

This isn’t a DIY, slap-it-together kind of rig. This is a purpose-built softwash trailer made to help professionals scale their business, increase job speed, and reduce operator fatigue. And with the inclusion of air conditioning, comfort is finally part of the equation.

If you're running high-volume residential or commercial jobs and you're looking to upgrade your setup or add a mobile base of operations, this enclosed trailer model is one of the slickest builds we’ve seen yet.
