Step One: Pre-treat the surface with a 3-4% sodium hypochlorite mix to kill off all the organic growth like algae and mold.

Step Two: Use a surface cleaner for a deep clean. We’re using a commercial-grade, 10 GPM machine with a 24-inch surface cleaner for fast and effective results.

Step Three: The most important step—rinsing! Be sure to rinse in small sections, especially with exposed aggregate, to prevent dirt from drying up and sticking.
