HOW TO MAKE $200 IN 45 MINUTES PRESSURE WASHING

...

What's up, you guys? My name is Justin from Forever Self-Employed. In today's video, we're going to walk you through a garage floor cleaning job that we recently completed. I'm here with Billy, and we're about to clean up this garage floor. The homeowner is hosting a Christmas party, so let's get it clean!

Getting the Job

This job came to us through a Facebook advertisement. If you're curious about how we land jobs using Facebook ads, check out the first link in the comment section and description. It leads to Billy's resource page, where he's offering big discounts on various resources, including the Local Dom course. In this course, I cover all the different ways I get jobs using Facebook ads.

Preparing for the Job

When the homeowner contacted us, she confirmed it was a standard two-car garage, which we quoted at our minimum of $200. She mentioned there was some furniture in the garage, so we informed her of our additional $50 fee for moving items. Initially, she thought the price was too high. However, since we were already working nearby, I decided to waive the furniture-moving fee and offered to do the job for $200. She agreed, and we scheduled the cleaning before Christmas Eve.

Cleaning the Garage Floor

Upon arrival, we removed the furniture, which included a couch, tables, and a few other pieces. The floor was quite dirty, with paint spots and a large oil stain in the middle. While we did our best to clean it thoroughly, some stains were challenging to remove completely due to their age and the nature of the concrete.

One issue we encountered was overspray on the walls while etching the edges, but this is often unavoidable in garage cleanings. We managed to clean the floor to the homeowner's satisfaction, even though some stains remained visible. She was pleased with our work and even offered us gumbo before we left!

Wrapping Up

If you’re dealing with tough stains or extensive cleaning jobs, remember that some stains, like oil, can be stubborn due to the concrete's absorption over time. Always communicate with the homeowner about potential limitations and additional charges for specific stain removals.
