Ox-Knox, Even a 13yr Old Can Figure It Out.

...

Ambiance, That's What It Is!

What's up, guys? This is Coty from Southeast Softwash, and today, we're bringing you along for a demo day adventure! We found ourselves somewhere between Daphne, Spanish Fort, and Gulf Shores—to be honest, I'm not entirely sure where we landed, but we’re at Ace Hardware, and that’s all that matters.

Ace Hardware Picks Up Southeast Softwash Products

We’re excited because a few Ace Hardware stores are starting to carry some of our top-tier products. Today, we’re doing live demos to show just how effective they are. We’ve got our Skunk Mobile and demo rig out here, and let me tell you, the turnout has been great.

As I glanced across the parking lot, I noticed a building that looked pretty oxidized—the perfect test subject. But before we get into that, I have to introduce you to a couple of our awesome customers.

Meet the Crew

First up, we’ve got a young man who’s only 13 years old, but he carries himself like he’s 25. Seriously, this kid knows his stuff—super impressive. Then there’s Dan. Now, I’ve never met Dan in person before today, but I do know him because I may or may not have "borrowed" some of his photos for our marketing. Hey, when your work looks that good, it’s hard not to!

Both of these guys have used Ox-Knox, our go-to oxidation remover. And yes, they can confirm: it works.

Testing Ox-Knox on an Oxidized Building

I ran into Ace and grabbed a small pump sprayer, ready to put Ox-Knox to the test. We headed down the parking lot to a deli with some pretty obvious oxidation on the exterior walls. You could see where bushes had been rubbing against the building, and there were handprints in the grime.

I asked the deli owner if we could test a small spot, and she agreed—especially since they're planning to repaint the building soon. But here’s the thing: whether you're restoring paint or prepping for a fresh coat, Oxnox is the solution. You’ve got to strip away that oxidation if you want new paint to stick properly.

The Oxidation Test

We sprayed a small square with Oxnox and let it sit for a few minutes. Pro tip: don’t let it dry in the sun—keep it wet to get the best results. As the product started working, we could see the oxidation literally running off, like sweet tea dripping down the wall. No camera tricks here!

We used our Super Pump prototype to rinse the area. This pump doesn’t have a pressure switch yet—it's still in the testing phase—so once it’s on, it’s on. After a good rinse, the results were undeniable. The cleaned spot looked brand new, while the surrounding area remained dull and oxidized.

Real Results, Real Fast

Dan and our young prodigy both confirmed they’ve had the same success using Oxnox on their own jobs. And let me tell you, the contrast between the cleaned and oxidized areas was stark. The deli owner might be repainting for no reason—all they needed was Oxnox to restore that vibrant color.
