Let’s roll that beautiful [music] footage and talk shop.

Client Background: From Music to Maintenance

This one’s a little personal.

This client? Been with me for years. In fact, I used to write songs at this very location when I was deep in the music industry. Now? I’m back—cleaning up in a whole different way.

They’re a major publishing house in Nashville, and like many high-ticket clients, they care about image. They don’t want grime, cobwebs, and mildew sending the wrong message. They want the Mercedes-Benz of service. And that’s where we come in.

The Job: Stucco Breezeway + Driveway Upsell

The main goal here was to clean the stucco breezeway, which was loaded with cobwebs and years of grime buildup.

But as any smart pressure washer knows—upsell opportunities are everywhere.

👀 Quick Note:

While prepping, I noticed the stone driveway nearby was slippery and moldy—a clear insurance liability. So I offered to clean that too, turning a standard job into a two-part, higher-ticket invoice.

Lesson here? Stay alert. Always look for add-ons that provide value.

Step-by-Step Breakdown

1. Pre-Treat with the Lava Box

Even though we weren’t trying to deep clean the stucco, we hit it with a hot mix using our Lava Box. This helped break down grime and made cobweb removal smoother.

2. Downstreaming Light Mix

This wasn’t a full restoration. We used a downstreamed softwash mix—not too hot, just enough to do the job right without damage.

3. Surface Cleaning the Stone

Once that hot mix did its thing, we hit the driveway with a surface cleaner. No streaks, no swirls—just a clean, safe surface and another line on the invoice.

4. Final Rinse + Roll-Up

After treating, rinsing, and surface cleaning, we rolled up hoses and packed up Mad Max (our diesel-powered beast of a rig). Cranked her up, and boom—job done. Client happy. Ticket fattened.

Why This Matters: The Power of Repeat Clients and Recurring Revenue

This wasn’t our first visit. It’s a repeat client who calls us back year after year. That’s the dream, right?

And here’s the thing—they keep calling because we deliver. Not just a clean space, but a clean experience. We show up, we spot upsell value, and we execute with precision.
