For those in the softwashing and pressure washing industry, hose reels are a critical component of any rig, trailer, or skid setup. Unfortunately, supply chain issues have made it nearly impossible to get quality hose reels in a timely manner. We know this all too well, as many of you have called us, hoping to purchase hose reels, only to be met with long wait times and limited stock.
Enter the Real Deal Hose Reel. Built on the Titan platform, this hose reel maintains the same footprint you’re familiar with, making it an easy fit for your current setup. But we didn’t just stop at replicating what’s already out there. We’ve made significant improvements to ensure that this reel meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Aluminum and Stainless Steel Construction: This reel is built to last, with a stainless steel manifold that’s perfect for both softwashing and pressure washing applications.

Steel Eagle Super Swivels: Unlike the Titan swivels, which have caused us some issues in the past, these Super Swivels are greasable and more durable, ensuring a longer lifespan for your equipment.

Greasable Bearings: The high-quality, greasable bearings will keep your reel running smoothly with just a shot of grease every now and then.
While we’re thrilled with how the prototype has turned out, we’re still making a few tweaks. For instance, we plan to update the bearing color to black for a sleeker look. But rest assured, the functionality and durability of this hose reel are already top-notch.
Availability:
Production is set to ramp up soon, with an estimated 200 units per month rolling off the line. Of those, we’ll need around 100 for our own rig builds, leaving approximately 100 reels available for purchase each month.
We know demand will be high—so high, in fact, that we had to give a shout-out to our friend Sean Hodges, asking him not to buy them all! But don’t worry, we’re committed to ensuring that everyone who needs a hose reel gets one.
Looking ahead, we’re already planning to release an 18-inch version of this reel, which we’re calling the Real Big Deal Hose Reel. And that’s not all—we have more game-changing products in the pipeline, though we’ll have to keep those under wraps for now.
