BEST CHEMICAL TO REMOVE GRAFFITI

...

What’s up, guys! Welcome back to Lean and Mean Academy. Today, we’re back on a graffiti removal job site, and this one has been sitting for a while. When I spotted it, I knew we had to clean it up!

For this job, we’re using Graffiti Defeatii from Southeast Softwash. If you missed the last graffiti removal video, check out the link in the top corner!

This chemical is highly potent, professional-grade, and even classified as a hazmat chem—meaning it's not your average graffiti remover. If you're a professional in the industry, you’ll appreciate the power and effectiveness of this product. Plus, because of its potency, you don’t need to use a ton of it, making it cost-effective for your jobs.

Last time, I used only half a gallon to clean a job that paid $500. That’s a huge return considering a half-gallon of this chem costs around $30–$40.

Applying Graffiti Defeatii

Now, let’s get to work on this graffiti.

🔹 Application Instructions:

  • Apply Graffiti Defeatii generously to the affected area.
  • Let it dwell for 5–10 minutes (this is key!).
  • Use high pressure to remove the graffiti—hot water is optional, but not required.

🔹 Pro Tip:
One of the biggest mistakes people make is not letting the chemical dwell long enough. If you spray it on and hit it with water too soon, you dilute it before it can work. Be patient—let it do its job first before rinsing it off.

For this job, I’m using a green tip for pressure washing. Some guys use a white tip, but the main thing is ensuring adequate pressure to remove the graffiti completely.

The Results: Graffiti Defeatii Did Its Job

As you can see—BOOM! The tag is gone.

I might hit a few small spots before I pack up, but overall, Graffiti Defeatii handled this job like a pro chem should. This product has come a long way since its first version. Cody and the chemists at Southeast Softwash really stepped up the potency, and it shows!

If you’re in the pressure washing business, this is a must-have chem in your truck. It’s reliable, effective, and makes you money.
